Right now is a super busy time for me! Do I have to follow the course daily and keep up?
Don't worry, friend. This course is completely self-paced. You can complete it on your own time. I do recommend staying "on track" and implement the strategies I teach you, so you don't get sucked back into dieting and deprivation. But, at the same time, I want you to take your time and not rush through this content. There is TONS of material that sometimes you need a couple days to digest and implement, I'm sure. Everyone's journey is different and beautiful in its own ways.
How long do I have access to the course? Is there an expiration date?
Hmm, how does lifetime access sound? After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own. I want you to always have a safe space to return to, when you feel triggered or pulled back to your old habits. I am constantly tweaking the content and adding more bonuses and I want YOU to have access to it for the rest of your life.
I have never been diagnosed with an eating disorder or disordered eating. Is this course still for me?

This course is a compilation of resources and practices that have helped me and many of my clients find peace with food and their body. It isn't a cookie cutter course about how to find the best way of eating or exercise. This is about taking action on your INDIVIDUALIZED needs. I have taken my clients feedback as well as what worked for me in my recovery and left out what didn't work. I like to keep things simple and easy to follow along.
How much time do I have to invest into this course on a weekly basis?
This will be different for everyone. The recommended amount of time is about 2.5 hours per week, in order to really get the most out of the content. But again, some weeks may be busier than others and you may not get to set aside enough time. That's okay. Self compassion is key and I am not a fan of putting too much pressure on ourselves. This never works for anyone long term and I want you to take this course ONCE and change your life in the process.
How do you deliver your content?
Great question. Currently I am delivering the content via audio (podcast-style) and written content, however, the NEW updated course that launches in the fall will be delivered via video and writing, as well as a work-book that will help you keep track of your progress.
