Intuitive Eating is not meant to give any weight loss promises. If you are looking to lose weight, this isn't the course for you. HOWEVER: If you are looking to make peace with food, stop obsessing over food and your body and learn how to never have to "manage your weight" ever again, this course is for you. Your body will find its balance and weight set point if you follow the course material and take action.
Will I miss out on anything if I buy now, but study later? It's just a busy time for me right now.

Don't worry, friend. This course is completely self-paced. You can complete it on your own time. I do recommend staying "on track" and implement the strategies I teach you, so you don't get sucked back into dieting, restriction, deprivation and/or binge eating. But, at the same time, I want you to take your time and not rush through this content. There is TONS of material that sometimes you need a couple days to digest and implement, I'm sure. Everyone's journey is different and beautiful in its own ways.
I have invested a lot of time and money into other resources and nothing has helped. How is your course different?
I've been there first hand. I have spent countless money on "professionals" that promised to help me in my journey, but they didn't. This course is a compilation of resources and practices that have helped me and many of my clients find peace with food and their body. It isn't a cookie cutter course about how to find the best way of eating or exercise. This is about taking action on your INDIVIDUALIZED needs. I have taken my clients feedback as well as what worked for me in my recovery and left out what didn't work. I like to keep things simple and easy to follow along.
How much time do I have to invest into this course on a weekly basis?
This will be different for everyone. The recommended amount of time is about 2.5 hours per week, in order to really get the most out of the content. But again, some weeks may be busier than others and you may not get to set aside enough time. That's okay. Self compassion is key and I am not a fan of putting too much pressure on ourselves. This never works for anyone long term and I want you to take this course ONCE and change your life in the process.
